This is the official fundraiser and launch event of the new nonprofit organization dedicated to grief-informed end-of-life services.

Center for the Heart aims to expand its reach and provide accessible, empowering end-of-life services to those in need. This launch event celebrates the center’s transition from a community resource to a new nonprofit organization, making free or discounted end-of-life services possible and making our services accessible to all. Center for the Heart offers compassionate, end-of-life, and grief care that supports physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being and honors an individual’s life journey.

This kickoff event celebrates the beginning of a new chapter for Center for the Heart. The fundraiser event will include a reception and opportunities to learn more about the nonprofit’s mission. The celebration will include an exclusive exhibit with famed photographer Oliver Farshi that reveals deeply personal moments of vulnerability and connection; a talk by special guest Eddie Kaye Thomas who will share his personal story and the journey he experienced working with Center for the Heart; and live entertainment by New York City’s renowned Starlight Music.
