The Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School Choir Department presents this year’s Cabaret for a Cause concert in the Manya Ungar Memorial Auditorium at Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School.
The concert will feature several musical theater-derived medleys and songs for choir, which will be interspersed with vocal soloists. Music from The Phantom of the Opera, the hit Disney film Beauty and the Beast, the Oscar-nominated song “I’m Just Ken” from the Barbie movie, and more will round out an entertaining performance.
While admission to Cabaret for a Cause is free of charge, audience members are highly encouraged to donate to this year’s charity of choice, the Emmanuel Foundation, founded in 1983. The group is dedicated to providing free support to children battling cancer and their families in New Jersey. Donations can be made by check, cash, or by scanning one of the many QR codes scattered across the auditorium.
