‘Breads & Threads’ Music Launch Event

RU Vintage and Hole In The Wall Bagels are working with independent musicians to launch Breads & Threads, a movement designed to spotlight the uniqueness and creativity of local businesses, beginning with the celebration of Hole In The Wall Bagels’ second original song and music video “The Specialties”.

The first Breads & Threads concert will take place on April 27 at Hole in the Wall on the Rutgers University College Avenue campus. The event will have several music acts in RU Vintage and special food deals from Hole In The Wall Bagels.

Breads & Threads is free for all.

The Breads & Threads music lineup will have performances by four local bands: Cold Comfort, an indie/alternative rock band from New Jersey; The Suns, a rock band in New Brunswick’s basement show scene; Crown Euphoria, a garage and noise band; and The Millstoners, a prog-rock band from Millstone.

The Bagel Boys, comprised of Hole In The Wall Bagels employees, Jack Greenberg and Nadine Rouba, will perform “The Specialities” live for the very first time to close out the Breads & Threads music lineup.

In addition to the music, Breads & Threads will offer a variety of other free activities to encourage attendees to shop locally.

Hole In The Wall Bagels will have the Shirt & Sandwich deal: a meal deal where customers can purchase a limited time Hole In The Wall Bagels T-shirt and meat, egg, cheese
sandwich for $20.

RU Vintage will provide a $20 store credit giveaway and a backdrop of vintage comics for attendees to take photos.
