Description
Blu on The Hudson is partnering with Promontory for an exclusive dinner and wine pairing.
Blu on The Hudson is a modern American restaurant with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline. Promontory is a members-only winery from Oakville, Napa Valley, California.
Blu’s Sommelier Adam Greer will be accompanied by a representative from Promontory to host the evening in Blu’s private wine room.
The tasting will include three vintages from the Promontory, including a preview of the 2020 vintage, which has not reached the market yet.
In addition, Blu will be offering Gosset Champagne, white and red burgundy from Domaine Faiveley, and dessert wine from Royal Tokaji in Hungary.
The wines will be accompanied by a specially designed 5-course tasting menu by Executive Chef Juan Carlos Ortega to complement each varietal.
The wine and food pairing will be as follows:
