FAMILY ADVENTURES Educational and fun, each of the Family Adventures is designed for beginning Naturalists ages 7 through adults. Join us to explore a different aspect of nature in New Jersey, led by one of our skilled Naturalists. Cost: $5 per person NJA members; $7 per person non-members. Pre-registration is required at least a day in advance by calling 609-427-3052. Bird Feeding 101 Saturday, December 15 2:00 P.M. – 3:30 P.M. Feeding birds is a great way to connect with nature. Come learn what kinds of seed attract which birds and what you can do to improve your winter feeding station. Then we’ll head out on our trails for a brief study in winter ID. Many of the birds we see have recently arrived and are here only during the winter months. Join us for a fun afternoon attracting and identifying some or our usual and not so usual feeder visitors.
