Join fellow yogis and animal lovers on the beach for a beginner-friendly goat centric yoga experience and snuggles with baby and miniature breed goats.

Namaaaste Goat Yoga loves its sandy hooves and salty kisses, planning classes at the beach in Beach Haven Borough (Long Beach Island) for Beach Baby Goat Yoga on Fridays through Labor Day weekend.

Reap the benefits of animal and laughter therapies as the baby goats jump on your back, snuggle in your lap or take a nap on your mat as you move through the instructor's guidance.

Participants must bring their own mat, towel or blanket.

Children 5 and older are welcome, but kids under 13 must be accompanied by a paid adult.  Anyone in the Goat Ring is considered a participant, and each participant must have a ticket.

Walk-ins are welcome is spots are available, but the goat-to-yogi ratio is kept low so it's best to register in advance.
