Description

The Old Barracks Museum annually hosts two reenactments on the same day in December: The Battle of Trenton and The Battle of the Assunpink (also known as the Second Battle of Trenton). The Battle of Trenton takes place at 11 am on Warren Street between the Battle of Trenton Monument and Mill Hill Park. The Second Battle of Trenton takes place in Mill Hill Park at 2 pm. These reenactments are two of many events during Patriots Week, a week-long celebration of Trenton's revolutionary history coordinated by the Trenton Downtown Association. The reenactments are free of charge. Unlimited reentry to the Old Barracks Museum is $5 per person.
