Azalea Festival

The annual Mother’s Day weekend event will have local craft vendors and food as you stroll through the renowned botanical gardens.

There will be a magnificent display of over 250,000 flowering bulbs, dogwoods, azaleas and rhododendrons, beautifully landscaped walking paths, fountains, bridges, lakes, gazebos, and breathtaking scenery.

Throughout the day, attendees can tour the Sayen House, visit crafters and vendors, and grab a bite from a variety of food trucks.

Musical entertainment will be The Ambiance Duo from 10 am to 2 pm, and Meg Hanson Group from 12-4 pm.

Mothers can receive free family portraits from 10 am to 4 pm. Photographs are provided by Group Ventures Unlimited LLC and are available while supplies last inside Sayen House.

Parking is available at Nottingham Fire House, 200 Mercer Street, Hamilton.

The event is free to the public.
