Arts Institute of Middlesex County First Fridays

The Middlesex County Board of County Commissioners and the Arts Institute of Middlesex County will kick off the 2024 First Fridays Series from 3-5 pm May 3 at Monument Square Park in New Brunswick, where they will celebrate the launch of their new initiative middlesexcountyculture.com, a one-stop hub for all arts and culture events and activities happening in Middlesex County.

The First Fridays series celebrates the diverse communities that make up Middlesex County through fun offerings for the whole family to enjoy: free food, live music and performances, games and activities, arts and crafts, and much more. These events are free and open to everyone.

This first event of the year on May 3 will feature speakers including Commissioner Chanelle Scott-McCullum, County Administrator John Pulomena, Director of the Arts Institute of Middlesex County, and Core Partners starting at 4:30 pm.
