The first PYO apple orchard in New Jersey, Riamede Farm will open its orchards to the public for its 48th year on Aug. 25. The apple season will kick off with early varieties including Gala, Ginger Gold, McIntosh, Mollie Delicious and Zestar.

Riamede’s farm market is filled during apple season with specialty goods like local honey, sauces, small batch ice cream, locally-grown flowers, and even charcuterie boards made from Riamede's own apple wood.

New this season is the inaugural Apples & Artisans event from 11 am - 3 pm Aug. 28, which celebrates the beginning of the apple harvest and the talents of local artisans.
