Description
Join members of the Church of the Holy Spirit (CHS) for their Annual Day of Service, a new take on Good Friday, where you will go out into the community to complete specific projects – such as assisting seniors with spring yard cleanup or fix-it projects; making improvements or repairs at county halfway houses; preparing special desserts for Meals on Wheels; or sewing cheerful pillow cases for the Children’s Hospital.
You can spend the full day or just part of the day.
The schedule is:
8:30 am Coffee and donuts
9:30 am Teams begin work
12 pm lunch
5 pm Good Friday service
6 pm Soup supper
