Al Roker’s Cookbook Demo

Al Roker’s free public cookbook demo at American Dream takes place on the Dream Stage, near Marcus Live! Bar & Grille.

TODAY Show anchor Al Roker will join Chef Marcus Samuelsson on stage to share stories and the inspiration behind his recipes while preparing his “Spectacular Chili” from his latest cookbook: Al Roker’s Recipes to Live By: Easy, Memory-Making Family Dishes for Every Occasion.

Attendees will enjoy samples of Al’s chili.

Al’s cookbook will be available for purchase on site.

After the demo, guests can head to Marcus Live! where Al will sign copies of his cookbook and meet and greet guests. His Spectacular Chili Fries will be served as a happy hour special ($12), along with cocktails.
