Chef David Burke created a limitless Sunday Buffet Brunch from 11 am to 2 pm for $50 per person. There are 30 items including breads, pastries, cheese, charcuterie, French toast, pancakes, waffles, roasted salmon, tuna tartare, steak tartare, lobster dumplings, pork dumplings, eggs benedict, stuffed ravioli, omelets, pasta stations, a carving station, desserts, and DB’s classic cotton candy.
Or, come for a three-course prix fixe dinner from 4 pm to close for $50 per person. Appetizers include oysters, cucumber apple mignonette, beef tartare with crispy rice, and a steakhouse wedge salad. Entrees include pork chop, clams casino, bison short ribs, black sea bass tikka masala, roasted chicken, and NY strip. Every dinner includes chocolate soufflé.
The regular a la carte menu is available every Sunday night too.
