Experience A Colonial Christmas at Bedminster’s circa 1772 Jacobus Vanderveer House & Museum, beginning with a holiday tree lighting, on Friday, November 23 at 7 pm, featuring caroling and free refreshments. The annual two weekend-long celebration of the holidays will follow with festive music, period decorations, re-enactors, holiday shopping, pony rides, visits from Santa, food trucks, gingerbread workshops for parents and children, and a special exhibition from the Knox Museum in Thomaston, Maine. Open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
