Seattle Symphony Associate Conductor Sunny Xia and Van Cliburn International Piano Competition Winner Haochen Zhang make their New Jersey Symphony debuts in this festive concert that celebrates music from East and West.
Beethoven’s “Pastoral” Symphony was one of his only works that depicts very specific scenes and storylines. Inspired by Leonard Bernstein’s way of putting young audiences at the center of music-making, this interactive concert will feature inside tips, listening cues, and fun facts for the family.
