The ultimate block party is on. There will be dancing in the streets, 50+ food vendors, an outdoor bar, music, live DJs, prizes and giveaways. East Palisade Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic. T.H. Irwin of T.H. Experiences orchestrated the event. Rain date is July 17.
