If you’re a fan of Disney Cruises and have been itching to get to Europe with the family, there’s some big news to look forward to in 2020.
Disney Cruise Line has finally added Greece back to its lineup of global ports of call, along with five new stops in Europe. Aside from Greece, Disney Magic’s European 2020 destinations include stops in Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, Croatia, England, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Scotland, Iceland, Ireland and Belgium, depending on which Disney Magic Cruise you book. At each of these stops, you and your crew can head back to land for shopping and sightseeing at historic landmarks.
If you decide to travel to one of the US’ more distant states, Alaskan Adventures means glacial views and a once-in-a-lifetime chance to see native wildlife. You’ll also make stops at major points like Juneau, the Icy Strait Point and Dawes Glacier.
If you’re planning on heading closer to the equator, start at Port Canaveral and head south to the Caribbean and the Bahamas. You’ll even hit Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay. And on the ship, enjoy Disney themed dining spaces, Broadway style shows and more.
Premium cruise packages include Adventure Guides who’ll escort guests through on-board and in port excursions and activities. In addition, you can also meet with Walt Disney Theatre cast members and take a behind-the-scenes look at costumes and props.
Pre-cruise escapes in cities like Rome, London, Barcelona and Copenhagen are also available. These getaways allow families to spend a few nights in these iconic cities, with after-hours private visits to places like the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel.
Summer 2020 bookings will open to the public on March 7. Head to adventuresbydisney.com for more details.
