Ingredients:
- 12 oz lump crabmeat, drained
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill, plus dill sprigs for garnish
- ¾ cup fat-free sour cream
- ½ cup light mayonnaise
- 4 cups cooked multigrain pasta shells
- 12 lettuce leaves for serving
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except pasta and lettuce leaves. Add pasta, and toss gently. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with dill sprigs.
