All aboard! If you’re trying to stray from the local town fireworks this year for something bigger, head to Macy’s July 4th fireworks on a NY Waterway Cruise.

Partygoers will float over to the East River from Port Imperial in Weehawken for a front-row seat at the nation’s largest fireworks display. Aboard the cruise, the kids can jam out to a DJ while the adults can order a specialty cocktail from the cash bar. With over 56,000 fireworks illuminating the Manhattan skyline, your crew will be captivated on the water, far away w from city crowds. That’s right, no straining from behind tall patrons and high beach chairs; nothing will stand between you and the light show!

If you’re traveling from Manhattan, hop on the eight-minute ferry ride from the W. 39th St. Ferry Terminal, which departs every 20 minutes. The final connection to the Fireworks Cruise is at 6:30 pm. Board the Fireworks Cruise at 6:45 or 7 pm, and the fireworks pop off at about 9 pm before the cruise heads home at 10:30 pm.

The cruise and dreamy view of the fireworks is definitely a splurge. Tickets start at $100 for children between four and 12 years old, $130 for seniors and $140 for adults. Park at Port Imperial for $10 after 4 pm. Reserve your tickets online or call 1-800-53-FERRY.
