Dino Safari Is Extending Its Stay Through the Summer

Dates are extended in both Freehold and Paramus.

DINO SAFARI

The Jurassic period is making a major comeback this year with so many great dinosaur experiences happening around the state. And now the Dino Safari at Westfield Garden State Plaza and Freehold Raceway Mall are extending their stay until the beginning of September.

This drive-thru experience features 40 life-size animatronic dinosaurs including some of your favorites, from the T.rex to the Triceratops in larger-than-life animatronic form. During the course of your safari you’ll get up-close-and-personal with these prehistoric creatures and see what they looked like when they roamed the earth. You’ll also learn about how they evolved over time and about how they ate, moved and behaved. Be prepared for sudden surprises like earthquakes and dinosaur fights. Make sure your seat belts are fastened securely.

You’ll be guided on your journey through the fictional “Pangea National Park” by an audio tour (available in both English and Spanish) that will play on your audio system and every vehicle will be given a “Survival Pack” upon arrival with your passport to Pangea along with with a scavenger hunt and other fun surprises for a more interactive experience.

“The tremendous enthusiasm we have been receiving from New Jersey residents has been incredible,” says Tom Zaller, producer of Dino Safari and CEO & President of Imagine Exhibitions.  “We are thrilled that so many New Jersey families are making a visit to our dinosaurs a memorable part of their summer fun and we’re happy to have them extend their stay.”

This Dino Safari is selling out fast, so make sure to grab your tickets for your trip back in time. The safari will be taking over part of the parking lot at the Westfield Garden State Plaza in Paramus and the Freehold Raceway Mall in Freehold until September 4th and September 6th, respectively.

Dino Safari is open Wednesday-Sunday 10 am – 9 pm. Ticket prices begin at $49.95 per vehicle and are available through DinoSafari.com.
