Did you know June is National Dairy Month?
Well, it is, and to celebrate, challenge your kids to a milk bottle race. As in, literally ask your kids to run with a milk bottle on their head. Sound impossible? American Ashrita Furman holds the world record for the fastest time to run a mile while balancing a full milk bottle on his head—and that was in 7 minutes 47 seconds.
Keep the dairy party going all month with a number of special days for your family to enjoy random dairy treats.
