Want to go on a crazy waterslide without having to go to Six Flags or the shore? For one day only the streets of West Orange will be transformed into a wet and wild playground. This ride sold out quickly in NYC last year, so if you want to do it—we mean, um, if you want the kids to do it—book quickly.)
On June 4, a gigantic slip-and-slide from the Slide the City is making its way to West Orange. Kids who are at least five years and 46 inches tall can zip down a 1000-foot-long (so three football fields), multicolor water slide on an inflatable tube.
Pick from three pricing packages—the single slider, which lets you go down once, the triple slider, where you zip down three times and the ultimate rider deal, which allows your family to shoot down as many times as they want between 9 am and noon. There are also early bird specials—so make sure you book your tickets over the next two weeks.
