Have you heard of halotherapy? Rooted in Eastern European tradition, it helps clear up a wide range of respiratory and skin issues, both acute and chronic. And did we mention it’s super relaxing way to de-stress?

We recently checked out Salt Breeze in Fair Lawn for a salt therapy session and left feeling totally rejuvenated. Salt Breeze uses medical-grade, purified Himalyan salt crushed into the smallest particles possible called salt aerosols, which are released into the air and inhaled. The aerosols neutralize and dispel of respiratory impurities in the lungs, and loosen mucus, viruses and bacteria. Dry salt also clears bacteria that’s settled on us through our day-to-day activities.

Salt Therapy also offers massage, plus workshops in aromatherapy and yoga. Can’t get a sitter? Drop the kids off in the Salt Breeze Kids Room, complete with a pink salt floor, shovels and pails, and other toys. Salt therapy has been shown to work wonders for allergies and the kids can play while enjoying the benefits.
