Oh s'mores, how far you've come. What was once a simple campfire treat enjoyed in summertime has become something of the culinary rage. I've found 10 delicious variations on the s'mores basics—chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers—that are delicious to enjoy year round, and I've included some special holiday s'mores recipes, too.
1. S'mores Cupcakes

2. Ultimate S'more Anniversary Cake
Fat Girl Trapped in a Skinny Body shares her completely decadent recipe for seven-layer s'mores cake, which includes a graham cracker layer, marshmallow frosting, and even cheesecake. Made in honor of her seventh wedding anniversary.
3. S'mores Cake in a Jar
How Sweet It Is tells how to make S'mores Cake in a Jar, which would be great for a spring or summer party.
4. S'more Croissants

7. Valentine's Day S'mores

8. S'mores Push Pops
Made with chocolate pudding, marshmallow fluff, and crushed graham crackers, these s'mores would be huge hit at a camping-themed birthday party, or served as a special backyard treat. 9. Homemade S'mores Ice Cream
Eighteen25 has a recipe that doesn't require churning in an ice-cream machine. Make a s'mores ice-cream sandwich by placing the ice cream between two graham crackers.
