Practicing for 14 years, Dr. Raghunandan Sundaram is a board certified pediatrician and fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is a compassionate, caring pediatrician who builds personal relationships with patients and families based on mutual, long-lasting trust. Union County Pediatrics Group offers more than 40 years of cumulative experience in providing comprehensive pediatric care.

Dr. Sundaram states, “The hallmark of our practice is treating each patient like one of our own children.”

Dedicated to his patients

The pediatric practice offers total care for children from infancy through adolescence, including preventive and primary care for infants and children, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, vaccines, and annual health and wellness exams.

Dr. Sundaram takes the time to listen to his patients and the practice offers flexible hours to accommodate parents’ busy schedules.

“When I’m with a patient, I make sure that my time and attention is devoted entirely to them.”

Ensuring physical and emotional well-being

Dr. Sundaram works with patients in his inviting, comfortable office, where he treats each child as an individual. His goal is to keep children out of the emergency room, and to alleviate parental anxiety. He has a special interest in cardiology as well as treating allergies and asthma. Dr. Sundaram is proud to be treating the children of his former adolescent patients.

“We see families through good and bad times, and our passion is to always do what’s best for children and their parents.”

Dr. Sundaram earned his MD from Bangalore University in India. He completed a pediatric residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and internship at Beth Israel Medical Center.

“We strive to educate parents, and help them become partners in their child’s healthcare.”
