Dr. Mary Jo McGuire believes every child is a unique individual who deserves a positive dental experience that focuses on his or her changing needs. As a mother of five, she delivers high-quality, specialized dental care in a fun environment.
“Parents appreciate that I ‘get it’ when their child refuses to give up the pacifier or brush their teeth before bed,” Dr. McGuire says.
Her kid-friendly office features iPads in the waiting room and televisions on the ceiling above each treatment chair. “We have fun together, and I make sure my patients leave the office with smiles on their faces,” she says.
After working as a hygienist in a pediatric dental office for many years, Dr. McGuire graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry and attended the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, specializing in pediatric dentistry. She is on staff at Hunterdon Medical Center.
"Dr. McGuire and her staff run a great pediatric dental office. They are very knowledgeable, put their clients and families at ease and always make a visit a positive experience." -Kathy, Lebanon
"My kids have been going to Dr. McGuire for about 13 years. She and her staff are patient and so good at putting kids at ease. My kids go into her office relaxed and worry free and they leave with the same feeling. I remember dreading going to the dentist when I was a child, yet all of the kids visiting Dr. McGuire go in with smiles and walk out the same way." -Nancy, Pittstown
"She is not only an expert in her field but she also goes above and beyond for the patient. She treats every child with love and care. She makes sure to do everything she can for a child to have a positive experience. Kids generally do not look forward to going to the dentist but they do when it comes to seeing Dr. McGuire. We couldn't ask for a better pediatric dentist in our community." -Stephanie, Branchburg
