Pediatric Dental Associates of Clinton

Mary Jo McGuire, DMD
Specialty: Pediatric Dentistry

Dr. Mary Jo McGuire believes every child is a unique individual who deserves a positive dental experience that focuses on his or her changing needs. As a mother of five, she delivers high-quality, specialized dental care in a fun environment. “Parents appreciate that I ‘get it’ when their child refuses to give up the pacifier or brush their teeth before bed,” Dr. McGuire says.

Her kid-friendly office features iPads in the waiting room and televisions on the ceiling above each treatment chair. “We have fun together, and I make sure my patients leave the office with smiles on their faces,” she says.

After working as a hygienist in a pediatric dental office for many years, Dr. McGuire graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry and attended the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, specializing in pediatric dentistry. She is on staff at Hunterdon Medical Center.

My son broke his 2 front teeth with a baseball on a day the office was closed. I called the answering service, was called back immediately and Dr. McGuire met us in her office. She then did what she could do to keep my son comfortable and lined up an endodontist for us to go to (who was marvelous as well). ~Mary, Hampton
