Pumpkin picking in New JerseyFor the updated 2013 list, click here!

If September in New Jersey is all about apple picking, then October is certainly all about pumpkin patches.

Here'a a list of more than 25 places with great pumpkin patches where you can pick-your-own. Many places also have corn mazes and hay mazes as well as a host of other fall activities as well.

Please note: Hurricane Irene, and subsequent heavy rains and floods, impacted many farms in the state. While they are open as usual now, the pumpkin supply may dwindle as Halloween nears—please call before visiting. We'll do our best to update the list with any changes, too. A call beforehand is a good idea anyway to confirm hours, fees, and availability and variety of crops.
