Homemade Carrot Hummus Baby Food |

| Ingredients: | 1 cup chickpeas (cooked or canned) 1 cup carrots (steamed and very soft) 1/4–1/2 clove of garlic 2–4 T. olive oil 1 t. lemon juice salt to taste |
| Directions: | 1. Place all ingredients, except olive oil, in a food processor and purée. Scrape down the sides and mix. 2. Through the hole at the top of the food processor, add olive oil until the hummus is smooth. 3. Taste and add salt if needed. |
