Four-Fruit Compote Baby Food |

| Ingredients: | 1/4 cup prunes (dried plums) 1/4 cup dried apricots 1 apple 1 pear 2 cups water |
| Directions: | 1. Dice the prunes and apricots. 2. Peel, core, and dice the apple and pear. 3. Place the prunes, apricots, apple, pear, and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 20 to 30 minutes until the fruit is soft and most of the water is absorbed. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and add more water if needed. 4. Mash and serve warm. |
