Cookies 'n Cream Cookies |

| Ingredients: | 8 tbsp (or 1 stick) of butter (soft) 6 tbsp sugar 6 tbsp light brown sugar 1 egg 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1-1/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 12 chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreos), crushed 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips |
| Directions: | 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Cream butter and sugars until mixed well. Add egg and vanilla. Mix until well combined. 2. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Slowly add flour mixture to wet mixture, then stir in chocolate cookies and chips until well combined. 3. With a medium cookie scoop or 1-1/2 tbsp scoop, scoop cookies onto baking sheet. Bake for approximately 10 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet for 4 minutes and then transfer to cooling rack. |
