An Inside Look at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

Head to the Upper West Side on Thanksgiving Eve for an inside look at how the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade® balloons get their shape. The entrance to the Macy’s Parade Balloon Inflation is at 79th Street and Columbus Avenue. You can enter the viewing area at 1 pm, but remember that the balloons won't begin to take shape until 4:30-5 pm. Last admission into the balloon area is 8 pm. After getting a sneak peak, tune in Thanksgiving morning at 9 am to view the parade—this year is the 91st annual one.
