Dr. Thaller has been our dentist for over 15 years. We travel over 45 minutes to his office. His staff is the most knowledgeable and friendly people i have dealt with in a medical or dental office. You are always greeted with a smile from the ladies at the front desk.Joanne is so knowledgeable about insurance issues and if she does not know, she calls the insurance company directly for a answer.Dr. thaller never makes us wait (unfort he gives us no time to read all of his great magazines). He never rushes us in and out .He always explains what needs to be done and how he will take care of the problem. He always puts us at ease and always tries to be conservative and gives us all of the options we have before treating. We would go no where else for dental treatment. We are lucky he is not near retirement.

We go out of network just to see Dr. Thaller .He is worth the small difference the insurance company would pay a in network dentist. He treats us very conservatively and we trust him totally. I have referred several other people to his practice and all of them feel the same. all are very happy with the care they receive. If you are looking for a dentist in the Westfield area Dr. Thaller is the only one.

I was referred to Dr. Thaller by a co-worker for a second opinion.I went to a dentist that offered a deal on X-rays, exam and a cleaning for $55. He told me i had 3 cavities.I went to Dr. Thaller for a consult .They asked me to bring my x rays that were just taken so he could review them. The other dentist would not give them to me.Dr. T took a few x rays and informed me that i had no work to be done, no cavities. He was very honest and upfront. Once again i realize nothing is free and you get what you pay for most of the time.I have since changed dentists to see Dr. Thaller and trust him totally. His staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I will have my kids go there also as he treats a lot of children as well as adults.

I was not reffered to Dr. Thaller by anyone but was in terrible pain and found him on the internet..I had a terrible toothache , my dentist was not answering his messages (i left him several). I called Dr. Thallers office which was closed. The machine gives his cell number if it is a dental emergency. He called me right back and offered to fit me in immediately that day as a emergency.I had a gum abcess, which he took care of and i have been a loyal patient since.
