The Red Oaks School is a progressive, independent, early childhood, kindergarten, elementary, and middle school located in Morristown, New Jersey. Our diverse community of families originates from over thirty different countries and resides in communities throughout Essex, Morris, Somerset, Sussex and Union counties.

Our integrated and individualized curriculum is designed to reflect best practice in education and a focus on global education and involvement, including experiential learning, emphasis on critical thinking, deep study of topics, fostering creativity and social responsibility, attending to needs of the whole child, and collaborative learning. Our curriculum is based on Montessori principles in the Primary and Elementary levels and International Baccalaureate in the middle school.
