Dr. Talbot A. Sklar provides children and adolescents with positive dental experiences that lead to a lifetime of optimum oral health.
“My goal is to keep children as comfortable as possible and mold them into excellent dental patients from the beginning,” says Dr. Sklar, a father and grandfather. He is board certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Sklar’s sunny, peaceful practice in Edison is designed with children in mind. Treatment rooms are equipped with modern technology, including digitally-assisted orthodontic diagnostics, lasers, and computerized injection devices.
Dr. Sklar has advanced dental training and experience in child growth guidance and development, behavior management, orthodontics, and laser and hospital dentistry.
Dr. Sklar graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Temple University School of Dentistry and New York University for pediatric dentistry. He has served as an attending dentist at JFK Medical Center in Edison for more than 40 years.
