Orthodontics

David Caggiano, DMD

Dr. David Caggiano is proud to practice orthodontics in the Parsippany area, and serve the community close to where he grew up. Orthodontics is a perfect blend of Dr. Caggiano’s education, experience, and interests. Combining his background in biomedical engineering, his extensive training and seven years of experience as a general dentist, and his artistic talent allows Dr. Caggiano to create innovative approaches to solve even the toughest orthodontic situations.

His greatest reward as an orthodontist is watching a patient who is insecure, shy, and introverted become confident and outgoing due to a beautiful new smile.

Technology is the watchword of his cutting-edge practice, one of the first in the state to offer the Cadent iOC digital impression scanner, which is utilized in tandem with OrthoCAD iQ treatment. This revolutionary computerized treatment enables Dr. Caggiano to determine the most accurate placement of braces.

“With OrthoCAD iQ, I can show patients the virtual end result before treatment even begins. This is the future of orthodontics, and it’s here today,” he says. The benefits include fewer appointments, less time in braces, and better results when compared with traditional techniques.

“As a father, I want the best care for my children, and I know the parents of my patients feel the same,” he says.

Dr. Caggiano has an intense passion for his profession. He is honored to have been recognized for the third year in a row as a Favorite Kids’ Doc by NJ Family readers, and has been repeatedly voted Top Orthodontist by other dentists in NJ Monthly. He was most recently named Orthodontic Products’ Best of 2011, a national recognition.
