Designed by Sadhguru, a self- realized yogi and foremost authority in he field of yoga. This session will be conducted by a trained Isha facilitator, after which ongoing online support will also be available. Free and Open to All (Age 7 & up).

• What to bring
Please bring a yogamat & a towel and arrive on an empty stomach condition i.e. approx 1.5 hrs after a light meal.
