Weihnachtsmarkt, or Christmas Market is a European Holiday tradition originating from German Austria, Italy and France. The history of the markets go back to the late Middle ages with the Vienna “December Market” dating back to 1294.
These quaint open air markets generally sell food, drink and hand crafted seasonal items. Gingerbread cookies, Glühwein and other hot drinks examples of traditional Wiehnachtsmarkt favorites.
In European tradition of our Austro-Hungarian Festhalle concept, we are proud to launch our Inaugural Roof Top Weinnachtsmarkt! Come experience the transformation of our roof top into a Winter Wonderland Festival!
The Festhalle Wienachtsmarkt will feature local artisan vendors selling holiday gifts, decorations and delicacies. The bar will be open selling packaged goods to go and a selection of warm drinks to enjoy while holiday shopping.
Live music, Carolers, A visit from Santa himself and tree lighting and Ice Sculpture Contest are all part of the plan!
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday Noon-7pm (Black Friday – December 23)
