This TheatreworksUSA musical performance is based on the book by Judy Schachner. It tells the story of a little kitten with big ears and even bigger dreams. Sometimes he pretends to be a bird, sometimes he pretends to be a llama, and sometimes he pretends to be a whale. Anything but a Siamese cat! When he finally decides he wants to be a dog, it’s not just any dog. Skippyjon transforms himself into Skippito Friskito, a chihuahua who is the greatest canine sword fighter in old Mexico – complete with mask, cape, and accent!  But when the local pack of chihuahuas is terrorized by a gigantic bee, will Skippyjon be a “fraidy-cat” or the top dog?
