Mindfulness for Families at Rubin Museum

Nov 12, 2017 to May 13, 2018
11:00 AM until 12:30 PM

This event occurs monthly, on the second Sunday of January, March, May and November.

A mindful family is the foundation of a peaceful life. Join Ayman Mukerji Househam, a mindfulness teacher and researcher, for this four-session series to equip yourself with the tools to cultivate a more mindful family. Each session will combine instruction with exercises that can be applied to everyday family life. Structured as a cumulative series, each Mindfulness for Families session will build upon previous ones while providing accessible entry points for newcomers and single-session attendees.
Join us for an individual session or all four with a series pass.
This program is designed for children ages three to seven with accompanying adult(s).
