| Description |
The Roxbury Historic Trust will be hosting an ice cream social and craft fair. The ice cream social dates back to the 18th century when ice cream was served at neighborhood parties or local churches during the height of the summer season. Visitors to the museums will be able to purchase ice cream with various toppings for a nominal fee. The craft fair will feature several local craftspeople with items for sale. Children will be able to play games popular during the 18th and 19th century. |
