Attend a free workshop for parents of young children about healthy eating presented by the Bergen County YJCC and The Valley Hospital. 

The Valley Hospital’s Janet Brancato, M.S., R.D., will discuss understanding the nutritional needs of early childhood, building wellness, and healthy eating, with a special focus on healthy alternatives for snacking. She will offer recipes, tips, suggestions and tools, as well as take questions from attendees.
