Dr. Ben Yerys from CHOP's Center of Autism Research (CAR) will be ASPEN's featured speaker on the topic of Executive Function. ASPEN is a non-profit organization which provides families whose lives are affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders with education and support. He will discuss Executive Function difficulties and how they are expressed in everyday life, making them often difficult to recognize and therefore to address. Dr. Ben lead's CAR's research on the brain basis and treatment of attention and executive dysfunctions. His presentation is aimed to help us better understand and support these challenges.
