The 26th Annual Spring Festival returns to Hackettstown on May 4, 5, 6, on the fields behind Centenary University on Fifth and Reese Avenues. This is a family favorite in the region and a fun way to welcome Spring.
Hackettstown’s local radio station, WRNJ, will be broadcasting live from the Festival, providing a mix of music, interviews and fun with on-air personalities and staff.
Mars Wrigley Confectionary will host their tried-and-true array of interactive activities, giving away plenty of their famous candy and snack products. In addition, Hackettstown Medical Center will feature a “Teddy Bear Hospital” on Saturday, May 5, from 1:00pm-4:00pm. Children ages 3-6 are invited to bring their ill or injured stuffed animals to the hospital tent for care. Throughout the Festival, the hospital will host boardwalk themed games and offer free snacks in its main tent.
An array of food vendors will be on site offering classic carnival favorites along with healthier options. Under the entertainment tent, there will be live band performances, community groups and artists for all to enjoy throughout the weekend.
Festival admission is free, with a suggested donation for parking. Pre-sale ride tickets will be available at Fulton Bank Mountain Avenue and Crossroads Center, Jack’s Scissor Wiz and the Hackettstown BID office starting on Wednesday, April 4th. Festival hours will be: Friday, May 4: 6pm - 10pm, Saturday, May 5: 12 noon – 10pm, and Sunday, May 6: 12 noon – 6pm.
Any exhibitors, food vendors, artists, or performers who would like to participate are encouraged to contact the HKTWN BID office by phone (908) 850-5004 or email staff@hackettstownbid.com and can register/pay online via our registration page: https://hackettstownbid.com/events/annual/spring-festival/
