If you haven’t been to the Madame Tussauds wax museum in New York City, there’s no better time than now. From February 18-26, kids ages 12 and under will receive free admission at the Times Square location when accompanied by an adult. This is the first Kids Go Free promotion of the year, and there will be three to follow throughout 2017 (at dates to be announced). This is a perfect trip for long President’s Day Weekend when the kiddos are off from school.

This iconic spot is a must-see when in Manhattan, spanning 85,000 square feet, 11 themes and five floors. Started over two centuries ago, the site has evolved to feature tons of pop culture icons, historical figures, sports heroes and more. Your kids can take a photo with Jenna Marbles, ET and Marilyn Monroe, all in the same day!

Be sure to check out special on-site features, like The Ghostbusters Experience. Immerse yourself in a real-life version of the 2016 remake, and search spooky underground subway tracks for ghosts. Nine-and-uppers can also make their own wax hand molds (don’t worry, it’s painless!) to customize and take home.

You can get two free kids tickets per every one adult ticket. Tickets start at $29 online at $32 at the door, but your NJ crew can take advantage of the online discount for local residents ($27.50/ticket). Little ones receive the same ticket package as the adult accompanying them. Kids Go Free special will be honored at checkout. Add-ons, like the Ghostbusters: Dimension or Marvel 4D, are subject to additional fees.
