Enjoy a scenic ride down the Delaware River!


When the weather gets hot, the water is the perfect place to spend the day. Skip the pool and go tubing down the Delaware River for a scenic ride that the whole family will enjoy. Stop along the way on a private island where you can have a nice break and a bite to eat. Explore the islands on the way down, sunbathe, climb the rocks, and so much more. Before you know it you'll be at the end and the kids will be begging to go again!

Enjoy a scenic 2-4 hour tubing, rafting, kayaking, or canoeing trip on the Delaware River! Each rental includes a free BBQ meal at "The Famous River Hot Dog Man," halfway on your river adventure next to a private island with picnic tables in the water. A great way to spend the day with the kids! You can stop and explore the small islands and sunbathe. Take your time down the river and make it a whole day event!

This family-friendly campground is a great place to enjoy the summer weather. 4 or 8 mile tubing trips are available, and are a great family excursion. They also offer a swimming pool, basketball and volleyball courts, miniature golf, a game room, a playground, a pavilion, and special events on the weekends! What a great vacation!

If the Delaware River is too far, tubing on the Great Egg Harbor River is a sure bet. The winding river is fun for kids and adults of all ages. Each tube is $20 with a security deposit and must be returned before 5 pm.

Whichever trip you choose, Kittatinny will transport you upriver to a launch site that will send you on a 3 mile float trip. Tubing trips generally last between 2 and 3 hours.
