Drs. Krupa Patel and Obinna Mgbako treat foot and ankle conditions while preventing complications that could affect their patients’ quality of life. “We take pride in helping children avoid foot or ankle pain as they get older and ensure our pediatric  population gets the treatment they need without fear,” Dr. Patel says.

The family-friendly office uses the latest technology when treating everything from flat feet to tendon and bone injuries, including non-invasive treatments like EPAT to shorten recovery time for musculoskeletal injuries and lasers for fungal nails and warts. “We’re sensitive to the fear kids have when seeing a doctor… so we do everything gently, with thorough communication provided to both the parent and child,” says Dr. Mgbako, a father of two.

Both doctors attended the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, treat patients at Overlook Wound Healing Center in Union and are on staff at Morristown and Overlook Medical Centers.

Dr. Patel is great with kids and very personable and patient with young ones. ~Eliane, Avenel

Dr. Mgbako is a patient, knowledgeable, very personable person - he takes his time to get to know the patient so they aren't merely a number! He is extremely engaging and warm. ~Francesca, Westfield
