It's Pick-Your-Own Strawberry Time in New Jersey!

Strawberry picking season in New Jersey is estimated to arrive this year in late May, and, after several long, cold months, it’s a great way to get the whole family outside. Head to these pick-your-own (PYO) farms near you for delicious, fresh berries, and don’t forget: This winter’s freezing temperatures (you remember those, right?) are affecting Jersey’s strawberry crops, so many farms have not yet finalized pricing.
