Is getting your kid to brush for two minutes twice a day like pulling teeth? Here are some tips to make it easier (and less of a chore):

• Put on a two-minute song he loves to help pass the time, or look for a toothbrush (like Tooth Tunes) that plays a two-minute clip from a song he loves

• Use a reward chart to motivate him; for every full week that he does a good job, give prizes like stickers, trading cards or new bedtime stories

• Turn brushing into a mommy and me activity
