New Jersey’s first dine-in theater multiplex—and just the 14th in the country—opens this Friday, August 5. iPic Hudson Lights is being called the crown jewel of movie theaters, featuring everything from plush leather seats to a drink menu filled with artisanal cocktails. If you’ve ever felt nostalgia for drive-in theaters, this is exactly what you’ve been waiting for.

Here are the details: The theater has eight auditoriums and 580 seats, so yes, there's room for everyone. It also offers tickets for different prices based on where you sit. Choose between lounging on a leather cushion or a full recliner with privacy barriers. Hungry? “Ninja waiters” are specifically trained to tip-toe and “crouch discreetly” during the movie to serve up the best finger foods (so they can be eaten in the dark, of course!). What really makes this theater over-the-top? The granite bathroom, swanky carpeting and front-row couches would be our guess. (FYI: Premium seats include pillows and blankets),  so it’s pretty much like going to  a Hollywood premiere.

And don’t worry about lines. Like most theaters, you can purchase your tickets beforehand using an app, where you can also pick out the food and drink you want—all before setting foot in the theater.

“Hudson Lights is poised to become one of the region’s foremost destinations for entertainment, shopping, dining and luxury residential opportunities, and we are extremely pleased to have iPic Theaters, along with City Perch Kitchen + Bar restaurant, as the lead retail tenant for this dynamic and transformative mixed-use development,” says Richard Tucker, CEO of Tucker Development Corporation, developer of Hudson Lights in partnership with Ares Management and Kushner Real Estate Group.

Prices range from $12–$19 Monday-Friday and $14–$25 on weekends. Concessions begin at $4 for candy and $6 for popcorn (with free refills).
