First Big Snowstorm of 2016 Headed Our Way This Weekend

We've had some light snow storms, but this weekend we may get our first real storm of the winter.

Published:

While we had our first real "snow" last weekend, that little flurry was really just a sign of bigger things to come this winter. This weekend we're in for a doozy, so if you've been putting off buying gas for your snowblowers, or salt for your driveways, now is the time to grab it.

Forecasts are saying that the weather will hit the mid-Atlantic area Friday, and work its way towards NJ late Friday and into Saturday. The conditions are right for this one to develop into a big storm—with some areas along the East Coast getting anywhere between six inches and two feet of snow, or it might turn into a very heavy rain.
